Requirement for all Rentals
- All rentals require a written conract
- 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of facility reservation
- Certificate of Insurance (general liability coverage of at least $2,000,000 must be provided naming Alliant Educational Foundation and Sol City as additional insured’s). Both entities need to be listed in the description of operations and we also need an additional insured endorsement..
